Nowadays, there are almost as many differentiated singing styles in contemporary music as there are singers.
This masterclass deals with the explanation of modern vocal technique, or the basis of classical vocal training, development of Broadway, jazz, pop, rock and chanson styles and the kind of different applications of vocal colors and modalities of the last century.
The foundation for popular singing with a focus on vocal color and style will be explained, as well as exercises to expand the dynamics and range of the voice through healthy vocal technique, including belting and blending. Furthermore, songs from the musical, jazz, pop and rock genres will be coached as soloists with a microphone.
